For years, I checked all the boxes—successful career, growing businesses, a beautiful family. But behind the scenes, my body was quietly waving red flags: hormone imbalances I couldn’t explain, chronic stress I brushed off, and a constant feeling that something just wasn’t right.
Then came bigger wake-up calls: my husband’s diagnosis with Crohn’s disease, my own battle with skin cancer, and the emotional weight of trying to hold everything together while my health kept slipping further out of alignment, even leading to a surgical procedure.
I’ve spent the last 17 years in marketing working with more than 100 businesses and brands—building social media strategies, launching campaigns, and helping others bring their visions to life. I’ve built my own companies from the ground up, navigated the highs and lows of entrepreneurship, and learned firsthand what it means to juggle ambition, motherhood, and wellness.
But none of that compares to the fire that lit inside me when I realized this truth: healing isn’t a luxury. It’s a necessity. And it starts with getting honest, slowing down, and creating a life that supports your body instead of working against it.
That’s why I created The Health and Wellness Blueprint. Not just as a coach, but as someone who has lived the chaos, the burnout, and the pressure to “keep going.” I know what it’s like to look strong on the outside but feel disconnected on the inside. And I also know the freedom that comes when you finally stop surviving and start living from a place of clarity and alignment.
This work isn’t about perfection—it’s about progress. It’s about choosing healing, daily. One breath, one habit, one reset at a time. And I’m here to walk that path with you.
How We Start Working Together
1. Free Discovery Call (15 min)
We start with a no-pressure call to explore your current challenges, your goals, and see if we’re a good fit. I’ll ask some simple questions to understand your needs, and you’ll get the chance to ask anything about my approach.
2. Intake & Health History Questionnaire
If we decide to move forward, I’ll send over a detailed intake form to better understand your:
Current lifestyle & daily habits
Physical health (sleep, energy, digestion, hormones, etc.)
Mental & emotional well-being
Medical and family history
Personal goals and challenges
3. 1:1 PRIVATE Session (30 - 50 min)
Our first full session is where we go deeper. We review your intake form, identify key patterns, and begin mapping out your personalized health and lifestyle strategy. We’ll clarify your top priorities and set goals to focus on.
4. Ongoing Support
We’ll meet regularly (virtually or in person) to:
Track your progress
Navigate challenges together
Adjust your plan as life happens
Celebrate wins—big and small

Life happens—we get it! If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, just let us know at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee. Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours' notice may be forfeited or subject to a fee, depending on your coaching agreement. We value your time and ours, and we’ll always do our best to be flexible when unexpected things come up. Just communicate as early as possible so we can find a solution that works!
